Qualifications:
- High school diploma or vocational school.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and accept instruction and advice
- Punctual and professional “can do it” attitude
- Willingness to do tasks requested which can vary week to week
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods at a time
Previous Knowledge / Experience Preferred But not Required:
- Electric motors
- Mechanical work
- Machine shop experience
- General plant maintenance on factory machinery
- Industrial/plant/factory environment experience
