Decatur Industrial Electric is pleased to welcome Joe Snow as an addition to its Leadership Team. Snow is an accomplished professional with 20 years of experience in finance and accounting.  As Controller, Snow will have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and improving all financial-related activities and human resources.

Snow is a native of the greater Decatur community and a graduate of Greenville University and most recently Millikin University where he obtained his MBA. He is married to his wife, Jami, and has two daughters.

Will Morrison has been on the D.I.E. team for almost three years.  Will is a skilled technician who enjoys the variety of work he sees each week. Will’s dedication to the job is just part of who he is. He is also a dedicated volunteer firefighter for the Nokomis Area Fire Protection District. 

Decatur Industrial Electric is pleased to announce Jason Wilkins has joined the company as a Reliability Specialist. Wilkins is an accomplished account manager who has proven experience in industrial B2B sales in the electro-mechanical service sector.  

In his new role, Wilkins will be working with current and prospective customers in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio.

Hite is an accomplished sales manager specializing in distribution sales, service, remanufacturing of AC & DC motors, gearboxes and other rotating equipment, custom controls and manufacturing.

This position is a natural fit for Leinard, coming to Decatur Industrial with a background in management in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, bulk foods, bulk ingredients, and the US Navy.
