Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Day Shift
This role is responsible for:
- Perform the physical repairs, preventive maintenance, and general care of the building, grounds, & equipment or coordinate with appropriate contractors
- Coordinate and oversee all facility and equipment maintenance projects, including cleaning contractors, lawn care, and snow removal.
- Develop a plan to proactively take care of plant assets and execute the plan based upon the criticality of the equipment.
- Lead and execute all facility 5S responsibilities: housekeeping, organization, and management of environmental waste streams.
- Work with area leaders to execute and implement 5S improvements – Execute 5S audits with the purpose of tracking our improvement successes.
This role will also have a part-time custodian who reports to them.
Qualifications:
- H/S diploma or GED.
- Strong work ethic
- Previous industrial custodial and maintenance experience or training a plus.
